SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION

Nebraska Deeds Online offers deed index information at no charge.  This free information includes such criteria as the grantor, grantee, and legal descriptions.  We also have available the actual Register of Deeds scanned documents from the courthouse.  These documents are made available on a subscription basis.  When deed information is being viewed on the Nebraska Deeds Online website, a check is made to see if the actual scanned document is available.  If available, a "view deed" button appears on the screen.  Registered subscribers can click on this button to bring the deed to the screen in PDF format.  Non-registered users that click this button will simply get a "please register" message.

Interested in a free day pass to tryout the site?  Simply request a day pass via email.  Be sure to tell us which county you want access to (available counties are shaded in blue on the Nebraska map).

Rates

The subscription rate to view the Register of Deeds documents online is $20 per person, per county, per month plus any applicable sales tax.  You select the counties you want to subscribe to while registering on the registration page.  If at a later time you want to subscribe to more counties, simply contact us by phone (402) 434-5685 or by email.


Billing

To help reduce expenses, billing is performed on a quarterly basis.  Invoices for a 3 month periods will be mailed out in the months of January, April, July, and October.  To get your billing on an even quarter, your first invoice will be sent at the time of registration and it will be prorated to the end of the quarter.  Your subscription will be activated once your payment has been received.


Subscription Termination

To terminate the Nebraska Deeds Online services, please submit a termination request in writing at least 30 days prior to the end of a billing quarter.  Submitting a termination email is acceptable.  A termination confirmation email will be sent to the email address we have on file for the terminating subscriber.  Regardless of whether the subscription was terminated by the end-user or by MIPS Inc, no refunds will be given.

If you are a paid subscriber and are having problems with Nebraska Deeds Online, you have two support options available to you.  Monday - Friday (8-5 CDT) you can call the MIPS tech support at (402) 434-5685, or you can also send an email describing your problem.
